Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services has been providing skilled nursing to patients homes for over 15 years. Our patient population is located in all of Maryland, Virginia as well as DC.

We are seeking RN's and LPN's to provide care for these patients in their homes.

Currently seeking highly skilled and reliable pediatric trained nurses for the following cases:

• Vienna, Virginia 10 month old female infant, failure to thrive with an NG-tube needs Mon-Fri Nights 9p-9a and E/O Saturday Nights, 7p-7a

 

• Manassas, Virginia 61 year old quadriplegic ventilator dependent male needing PRN days, 8a-8p.  

 

• Springfield, Virginia for a 9 year old male with brain anomaly and epilepsy with a trach needing nursing for Friday-Mon Nights and Sunday Days 

 

• Fairfax, Virginia 4 year old male, with Dravet Syndrome, with a g-tube needs nursing Mon-Fri Days, 9a-7p or 11a-7p (with school component), as well as Saturday evenings, 4p-12a.  This patient has a service dog to detect seizures; must be comfortable working with a dog. 

 

• Springfield, Virginia for a stable 14 year old ventilator dependent male needing nursing Monday-Wednesday, days, 6:45a-4p and Friday days, 7a-5p. 

 

• South Riding, Virginia 12 year old male with a trach and g-tube needs Friday and Saturday night coverage, 11p-10a; Must be able to stay the full shift. 

 

• Ft. Belvoir, Virginia for a 13 year old male with cerebral palsy needing nursing on Mon-Fri Days 7a-4p, Tues/Thurs/Fri evenings, 7p-12a, Sat & Sun Days & Evenings, 7a-4p & 4p-12a  

   

• Falls Church, Virginia Fun, 4 year old male with hypoplastic left heart has a g-tube, has a need for Sat and Sun days, 6a-2p and Sunday evenings, 2p-10p.

 

• Alexandria, Virginia 19 year old ventilator dependent male with Pulmonary Heart Dysplasia, has a need for Sunday days to be filled, 8:30a-6p. 

 

• Ft. Belvoir, Virginia 14 month old male with a trach and g-tube has a need for a nurse on Friday Days, 7a-3p, must be comfortable with dog in the home.

 

• Woodbridge, Virginia 18 month old male with failure to thrive, has an NGtube, with a need for Thurs, Sat and Sun Days 7a-7p

 

• Alexandria, Virginia 11 year old male with cerebral palsy who is ventilator dependent, needs a nurse for PRN Mon & Wed Days, 7a-5p as well as Thurs and Fri Days, 7a-5p

 

• Alexandria, Virginia Premature 18 month old ventilator dependent male needs nursing on Wed & Fri Days as well as occasional nights

 

• Silver Spring, Maryland for a 14 year old female with a trach and g-tube needing PRN night coverage, 9p-5a

 

• Frederick, Maryland 7 year old ventilator dependent male with asphyxia has a need for Mon-Fri days, 7a-8p, Mon-Sun nights, 11p-7a, and Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evenings, 12p-8p. Candidates must be able to lift.

 

• Hughesville, Maryland for a  smart and active 12 year old boy with trach and gtube needing day coverage, Monday-Thursday, 6a-6pm while accompanying him to school.

 

• Ft. Washington, Maryland for a 2 year old preterm ventilator dependent female needing Thurs and Friday Night coverage, 12a-8a 

   

• Silver Spring, Maryland 4 year old female with hypoplastic left heart with a trach and g-tube needs Sunday Day coverage, flexible 8 hours.

   
• Ft. Meade, Maryland 11 year old Trached female with Edward Syndrome, living in Ft. Meade has a need for Mon-Fri mornings, 6a-9a. 

 

• Woodstock, Maryland for a 22 year old ventilator dependent male requires a professional mannered nurse for nights, Monday-Sunday, 10p-8a and weekend days, Sat & Sun, 8a-6p. This person must be on time.

 

• Silver Spring, Maryland 2 year old ventilator dependent male (pulmonary hypertension and chronic respiratory failure), very adorable, has PRN Night shifts needs 11p-7a. 

 

• Washington, DC 22 year old ventilator dependent female with acute respiratory failure, has a need for nursing on Friday and Saturday nights, 8p-7a.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervised patient care setting providing pediatric nursing care.
• Valid nursing license
